Learn With Mr V is led by Lee Velleman, an experienced educator known for combining warmth, encouragement, and academic progress. With a long-standing passion for helping young people succeed, he brings the same ethos of curiosity, empowerment, and mutual respect that Raw Learning is known for, while tailoring sessions specifically toward building confidence and achieving exam success.

Students will learn in the familiar and low-demand Raw Learning atmosphere they love, but with clear pathways towards mastering core skills, filling knowledge gaps, and preparing strategically for transitions, assessments and GCSE exams.

Flexible Tuition for Every Family

​Families will be able to book hour‑long sessions, choosing either:

• Privately funded tuition, or

• EOTAS‑funded places for students receiving funding for education outside of school.

 

This flexible structure ensures that every child—regardless of their educational journey—can access the support they need in a setting that celebrates individuality and progress.

Whether a learner needs help catching up, stretching themselves further, or rebuilding confidence in Maths or English, sessions will be tailored to meet them exactly where they are.

One‑to‑One and Small Group Options

Recognising that every child learns differently, Learn With Mr V will offer:

• One‑to‑one sessions for personalised attention and rapid progress

• Small group learning for collaborative problem‑solving, peer encouragement, and shared exploration​

Both formats are designed to be supportive, engaging, and rooted in practical skill‑building. Students can expect a blend of structured learning, interactive activities, and strategies that make academic subjects feel approachable and achievable. Plus the forest is right there for sensory and movement breaks and wider exploration.
